What is therapy like with you?

Therapy with us is experiential, attachment-focused, relational, and trauma-informed.

Rather than only talking about problems, we work in the present moment — helping individuals and couples understand emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and the deeper stories shaping how they relate to themselves and others. Our goal is to support real, lasting change through emotional safety, understanding, and connection.

Who do you work with?

We work with individuals, couples, and families who want to move beyond feeling stuck and create more secure, meaningful relationships — with themselves and with others.

Many of the people we work with are thoughtful, curious, and ready to slow down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

What should I expect in the first session?

The first session is a time to begin getting to know one another. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important right now.

There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for — we move at a pace that feels collaborative, respectful, and supportive.
