Robyn Dye, LPC
Attachment-Based & Somatic Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families
My Approach to Healing
Helping people create stronger, more loving relationships is one of my greatest passions. I believe deeply in our natural capacity for healing and connection—within ourselves and with one another. When people feel emotionally safe and supported, both their bodies and their relationships know how to move toward repair, resilience, and deeper connection.
My work is grounded in the understanding that the body carries a story. Long before we have words for our experiences, our nervous systems adapt in order to survive, connect, and belong. Therapy offers a space to slow down, listen with curiosity, and make sense of what these patterns are communicating—so new possibilities for healing and connection can emerge.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in patterns that don’t reflect who they are or how they want to relate. Many of the challenges people bring to therapy are shaped by attachment history, nervous system responses, and past experiences that taught the body how to protect itself when connection didn’t feel safe.
I provide therapy for adults and couples in Arkansas and Missouri, as well as secure telehealth services across both states, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves and with one another.
What This Work Looks Like
My approach is attachment-based, experiential, and trauma-informed. I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with somatic and body-based approaches to help clients understand what’s happening beneath the surface—emotionally, relationally, and physiologically. Together, we explore patterns, increase nervous system awareness, and practice new ways of responding that support emotional safety, authenticity, and repair.
For couples, this work often involves identifying what gets in the way of natural repair and learning how to reconnect after moments of disconnection. For individuals, it means allowing the body to tell its story, releasing trauma at a pace that feels supportive, and learning how to let safety, connection, and love back in.
Training & Clinical Orientation
I am committed to ongoing education and mentorship and bring a wide range of training into my work, always guided by the needs of the person or couple in front of me. My training includes EMDR (EMDRIA-certified, with advanced trainings), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT Externship and Core Skills; EFIT Levels 1 and 2; EFFT Levels 1 and 2), Brainspotting (Level 3), and Somatic Experiencing (SEP in training), along with advanced training in dissociation, parts work, and trauma treatment.
While my training is extensive, therapy with me is never about applying techniques for their own sake. The work is collaborative, paced, and responsive—focused on creating the conditions where meaningful change can unfold naturally.
The People I’m Drawn to Working With
I especially enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves and open to trying something different. I’m drawn to clients who are willing to explore, experiment, and take what they’re learning in therapy and make it their own. It’s an honor to work with individuals and couples who approach healing with creativity, courage, and openness.
My Story
I grew up as an Army brat and had the opportunity to travel widely from a young age, which sparked a lifelong love of people, culture, and connection. After earning my Master of Science in Education in 2006, I taught at a bilingual school in Honduras. During that time, I discovered yoga as a way to care for my body and mind—without yet knowing how central it would become to my life and work.
Over the next decade, I studied and taught yoga internationally, including extended training in India and Italy. My path eventually led me to the work of Vanda Scaravelli, whose philosophy emphasized listening to the body rather than forcing it. This approach transformed my relationship with movement—and with myself. Yoga became less about striving and more about presence, less about performance and more about attunement. These values continue to inform my therapeutic work today.
An Invitation
I strive to create a calm, compassionate space where you can feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. Whether we’re working through trauma, rebuilding trust, or finding new ways to communicate, my hope is to help you feel more grounded, open, and connected—to yourself and to the people who matter most.
If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to reach out.
